Lesson Policies and Pricing for 2023-2024
Private lessons are given on a weekly basis. Lesson pricing is as follows:
30 minute lesson: $30
60 minute lesson: $60
Payment for each student is due at the first lesson of the month. An invoice will be given at the end of each month one week prior to the due date. Acceptable payment forms are check, cash, and Paypal, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the lesson. Excused absences will be credited the following month. No show lessons will not be credited, nor will lessons canceled less than 24 hours before the lesson.
Lesson Tardiness:
Students who arrive late to their lesson will not have their lesson extended. Lost time due to their tardiness will not be made up.
Sick policies:
Due to our family circumstances and because lessons are offered in our home, we ask students please follow the following sick policies.
- Students who are sick or have been exposed to seasonal illnesses like a cold, flu, covid, etc should opt for online lessons.
- If your student or anyone in their immediate family has been exposed to covid or the flu in the last 5-7 days or has any symptoms of being sick please opt for an online lesson.
- If a student arrives for a lesson appearing sick they will be asked to leave and you WILL be charged for your lesson.
- If a student is unwell and would like to cancel lessons those cancellations are excused and families will not be charged for missed lessons due to illness.
Inclement Weather:
Should we experience any inclement weather all lessons will be moved to virtual. Students will need to set up an online profile to use the online platform, please email me directly if you do not have a profile so I can send you an invitation.
